We love helping you design your wedding day, creating the vision you have for your intimate and personalized celebration. Jennifer works with our preferred vendors, who are all local business owners here on the island of Oahu. Together, they will align their passion and talent to bring your dream to a reality.
Price includes up to 20 hours of pre-wedding services plus 8 hours of on-site assistance and professional oversight for your wedding / event.
Included in our Coordinator Services:
- Photographer and photo package selection
- Caterer, menu planning, bar services, including setup and breakdown
- Officiant, wedding day arrangements (where you want to get married / conversation centers, etc),
- Floral selections for the archway, wedding, and reception
- Music before, during and after the ceremony
- An on-site assistant on the day of the wedding for to handle any all the details
- Professional oversight of the process to ensure a smooth & seamless experience
Any additional assistance/coordination over 28 hours will be billed at a rate of $40/hour.

We have vendors in every domain – officiants, caterers, bartenders, photographers, florists and musicians. We do not add any additional fees on to our vendor’s prices. And, you may also use your own vendors.
Tables, chairs, dishes, tablecloths, etc., to be rented. Pricing available upon request.
